European Code of Conduct for Mediators

Cwmpas and CMS-RCT the mediation charity the social enterprise support has adopted the European Code of Conduct for Mediators. A copy has been provided to all members of staff and volunteers combined with discussions regarding our expectations. The adoption of this code of conduct underpins our ethos of delivering high quality mediation underpinned by mediators acting impartial, working in strictest confidentiality and the process being voluntary with the organisation being independent of statutory bodies and the organisations that use our services.
