Family Mediation – unlocking conflict – locking in solutions

Family Mediation is a way of resolving disputes between couples at any stage of separation or divorce. In mediation, couples are helped to explore their own solutions to all issues around splitting up, including residence, contact, property and finance.

What is inter-generational mediation?

It is a way of resolving disputes within families helping all family members to understand each other better. Families can then agree on workable solutions improving quality of life within the home.

Will mediation work for you?

Do you want a solution to your conflict? Yes, then mediation could be for you, it is a constructive, cost effective, less stressful way of finding solutions to conflict surrounding divorce or separation or other types of family issues for example between parents and children.

The Mediation process consists of a free Initial meeting with a mediator either alone or with your former partner if you choose. This meeting is for the mediator to tell you how mediation works, what you should expect, the cost and to answer any questions you have.

If mediation is the way forward for you and your former partner, the next step is to arrange mediation meetings at times that suit you and the mediator. Several mediation meetings may be needed depending on the number of issues to be resolved.

How much will mediation cost?

Charges are per session, contact Cwmpas to discuss your mediation requirements.
