Cwmpas is excited to hear that Community Mediation Services -RCT the charity we support as a Social Enterprise has achieved Investors in Volunteers and has secured potential funding to enable Cwmpas to deliver a comprehensive package for young people who are looking for employment. The modules will be:-

- Managing Conflict and Anger
- Getting That Job
- How to work in a Non-Judgemental way
- Positive Assertiveness
- Personal Boundaries
