Effective Communication Skills

The course is aimed at individuals and groups who would like to develop their basic knowledge and skills relating to communication and its effect on conflict. The interactive day will include how and why we communicate; what is effective communication both verbal and non-verbal. How listening skills impact on how we communicate and project our message to others. The day will ensure that all participants using exercise and a range of learning techniques understand the impact our communication style has on others and the use of active listening to improve how we communicate to others.
