Half Day Seminars
The seminar sessions and will run for 2½ hours sessions (either 10.30am -1.00pm; or 1.30 to 4.00pm), and will include refreshments.

This seminar will assist all participants in their personal development by improving their verbal and non-verbal communication skills by covering barriers to communication, body language and effective communication. The session will be interactive and all participants’ confidence when communicating will be increased raising self confidence and self belief.
Time Management
This seminar session will provide hints and practical tips about how to manage your time effectively. The seminar will cover how to decide what is important, understanding what happens when you agree to do a task, using diaries as a practical tool.
Getting that Interview
This seminar session will uncover the mystery of getting that interview, by helping you to understand what is being asked by the prospective employer in the job description/person specification and how to fill in and complete an application form. The 10 key points to filling in a successful application form which is the crucial first step in getting a job.
Interview Skills
This session is very interactive it will prepare you for the big moment and allow you to practice answering key questions that occur at an interview. The session will equip you with listening skills so that you ‘hear’ the question and have the confidence to answer it and sell yourself so the job is offered to you.
Assertiveness Awareness
This seminar will empower you to be more assertive, reducing aggression and conflict in your life through enabling you to understand conflict, understanding behaviour types and your own triggers and how to be assertive in all situations.
Listening & Questioning
This aim of this interactive seminar is to provide you with key listening and questioning techniques. These transferrable skills will assist in conflict situations and when you require information or need to communicate in a stressful situation. This seminar will cover questioning techniques and active listening skills, making sure you are heard and that others are aware you have listened to them.
