Managing self – It is OK to say no!
Overview:
This course is aimed at anyone who wish to acquire some skills and processes for managing time, conflict and staying in control. The day explores time management through realistic goals not the endless to do list. How to consider if you can accept tasks from others and how to say No without giving offence. How to change your normal behaviour and pattern of work, people will be shocked when they hear No rather than the expected Yes! Through a variety of learning styles participants will develop the skills to delegate and share workloads, using conflict management to stay in control reducing stress and anger. Developing a win/win situation through using basic mediation skills to say no to colleagues friends and partners. The day will assist participants in understanding the impact of poor time management on self and others and have begun to develop personal skills in managing a win/win resolution to interpersonal conflict.
Course Details:
One Day course 10am to 4pm with comfort breaks and Lunch included. This is an interactive learning experience with supporting handouts provided for future reference.
