Mediation As A Management Tool
Overview:
This course is aimed at anyone who supervises staff and wishes to enhance their communication skills and be able to reduce conflict and improve staff morale and team cohesion. This interactive day will raise managers’ confidence in dealing with staff or teams experiencing conflict using basic mediation skills. The day will ensure that all participants by using a variety of learning techniques develop skills and understanding of the mediation process and will be able to identify when the issues require intervention by professional mediators.
Course Details:
1 Day course 9.30am to 4pm with comfort breaks and Lunch included. This is an interactive learning experience with supporting handouts provided for future reference.
Note: This course outlines the basic skills used in Mediation but does not equip the candidates to carry out formal mediation sessions.
