Staff Supervision – Skills & Implementation
Overview:
This course is aimed at anyone who supervises staff and wishes to enhance their understanding of Supervision, the skills required and how to ensure implementation of agreed tasks, behavioural changes etc. The course will be an opportunity for attendees to have a clear understanding by using practical exercises of how to communicate both constructive criticism and praise effectively ensuring your staff remain motivated. The course will increase your confidence in communication, managing conflict and setting standards and agreeing objectives.
Course Details:
One Day course 9.30am to 4pm with comfort breaks and Lunch included. This is an interactive learning experience with supporting handouts provided for future reference.
